These heavyweight t-shirts feature a 225 gsm jersey fabric that's custom knit for 3sixteen in Canada.
The material is then cut and sewn in San Francisco, CA in the same factory where their jeans are made. Once cut and sewn, they are sent to a local dye house in Los Angeles to be dyed to limited-edition colours. Due to the dyeing process, these tees have a softer, more broken-in hand than other 3sixteen tees and will not shrink further.
The tees have a triple needle coverstitched never-sag collar that stays tight around the neck over extended wears.
Founded in LA by Johan Lam and Andrew Chen over a decade ago, 3sixteen's philosophy is evident in pieces they've developed since 2008: shirts, jackets, basics and accessories all take cues in form and function from their jeans. Fabrics and trims are always chosen for their capacity to develop character with time. 3sixteen aim is that, with diligent wear, the customers are rewarded with something well-aged, never "old."
