RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To prevent returns due to sizing error, we recommend that you always visit our section on “HOW WE MEASURE” before purchasing. We carefully measure each garment, so our size charts are very precise. However, you should keep in mind that due to the artisan cutting and making of the products we sell, there may be small differences between units of the same product and size. Remember that non-wash versions of non-pre-shrunk (unsanforized) denim do shrink, and this will have to be taken into account when choosing the size (more info on denim types here).

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the purchase for refund or size exchange. The direct returns cost of the Products shall be borne by the Client.

The garment to be returned or exchanged should be in the same condition as you received it, with all of its labels still attached and must be free of wear, wash, damage, odor, or any other condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Unacceptable items, including items shipped without authorization, will be returned to sender at sender's cost.

HOW TO RETURN:

To facilitate your return, follow the steps below:

1) Click the appropriate link (EU customers here / Non-EU customers here) then enter your order number and the email registered on the order.

2) Choose the item(s) you would like to return.

3) Choose the reason for your return.

- If you would like to return your order for a refund, please choose the option: “I want to return this item”.

- If you would like to make an exchange, please choose the option: “I want to exchange this item”, and select the new size in the list of options.

4) Follow the instructions sent to you via email by our returns platform, Reveni, on how to prepare the package and send your package to us.

Please note that you are always responsible for the cost of shipping your return back to us, whether you request a refund or an exchange.

RETURN PROCESS:

We will carry out a refund or an exchange of your return based on your initial request. Please note that you will receive a notification when the refund has been issued or the exchanged item is on its way.

The refund shall be made effective by the same means through which payment was made (card or PayPal) 2-8 days after we receive the package. This refund shall include the purchase amount minus the return costs.

IMPORTANT RETURN & EXCHANGES NOTES:

Exchanges No change of model or product for a different one shall be admissible; only the size of the same product and model acquired may be exchanged. To exchange a model or product for a different one, you first need to return it (according to the provisions of our Return policy) and then make a new purchase.

Please note that you are always responsible for the cost of shipping your return back to us. Your exchange will not be shipped until your return has arrived at our warehouse. We will cover the shipping cost of the new size only for the first exchange. If the requested size is unavailable when your return is processed, we reserve the right to issue a refund instead.

If you wish to make another exchange after your first one, we will process a refund instead, and you will need to place a new order.

In addition, all orders placed with special discounts (such as Black Friday, anniversary sales, etc.) or using Gift Cards earned through any promotion will not be eligible for free shipping on the new size. In these cases, both the return and the shipping of the new size will be at the customer’s expense.

Non-returnable items Please note that care products, homewear, underwear, masks, socks, and any type of undergarment, books, magazines, any jeans which have been hemmed or customised at your request, all marked-down items, and gift cards, are FINAL SALE and are not subject to return or exchange.

Faulty or damaged goods Kindly note that should you receive a defective item, it is imperative to notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, accompanied by clear photos of the issue. Failure to do so will result in us not assuming any responsibility for the issue, and we will be unable to accept returns.
