Place your order by 11 December before 12:00 CET (6:00 EST / 3:00 PST) if you want to make sure your parcel gets to you before Christmas.

At Redcast we will make up and ship your orders right up to Christmas Eve, although we recommend that you make your Christmas purchases earlier to ensure they reach you on time.

Spain: all orders are shipped via UPS, with delivery normally made on the working day following the shipping date. For a delivery to reach you by Christmas, we recommend you place your order a little earlier to avoid any delays.

EU: we recommend you choose the urgent shipment with UPS Express to avoid delays, although UPS has informed us that any standard shipment up to 11/12/25 should still be delivered on time for Christmas.

Rest of the world (including the UK): delivery times for our customers in countries outside the EU vary, and some delivery times are faster than others. We ask you to place your order in advance.

Our shop is open between Christmas and New Year and we will continue to ship worldwide. However, please be sure to check the bank holidays listed below, as they may affect shipping times.

⚠️ Important Update for U.S. Customers

Starting August 29, 2025, the de minimis exemption of $800 will no longer apply to imports from any country. This means that shipments from Redcast (based in Spain, EU) will also be subject to U.S. import duties, regardless of order value. However, you don’t need to worry — we will cover these costs ourselves.

👉 From this date on, all U.S. shipments will be sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

GENERAL INFORMATION:

If the delivery address is in a country outside the EU — except for the U.S., where we ship DDP — you automatically become the importer. This means that your order may be retained at customs upon arrival in your country, awaiting duty and tax payment by you.

Customs duties are determined by your local customs authority, and policies may vary from country to country. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Redcast Heritage is not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by the customs authorities. Also note that transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation/refusal of a package will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

All orders will be prepared within 24-48 working hours from the order confirmation date. However, due to the high volume of work during the Black Friday period, order preparation and delivery times may be affected. Although we will go all out so that you receive your order within the usual timeframe, it may take a little longer and we ask you to be patient. Thanks for understanding!

Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact us immediately with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed.

If you no longer want the product/s, please wait until you have received the order shipment and then follow our Return Instructions to return the product/s.

Please note that during periods of high order volume, we are unable to cancel or modify orders.
