Place your order by 11 December before 12 noon if you want to make sure your parcel gets to you before Christmas.
At Redcast we will make up and ship your orders right up to Christmas Eve, although we recommend that you make your Christmas purchases earlier to ensure they reach you on time.
Spain: all orders are shipped via UPS, with delivery normally made on the working day following the shipping date. For a delivery to reach you by Christmas, we recommend you place your order a little earlier to avoid any delays.
EU: we recommend you choose the urgent shipment with UPS Express to avoid delays, although UPS has informed us that any standard shipment up to 11/12/24 should still be delivered on time for Christmas.
Rest of the world (including the UK): delivery times for our customers in countries outside the EU vary, and some delivery times are faster than others. We ask you to place your order in advance.
*Please note that we will be closing for a team break on December 31st. From 1:00 PM CET on December 30th until January 2nd, we will not be processing any shipments or responding to email queries. However, our online store will remain fully operational as always.

All orders will be shipped from Madrid (Spain) on working days (Monday to Friday). We will dispatch your order on the same day it is placed or on the next working day.

During special promotion periods – such as Flash Sale or Black Friday – and Christmas, shipping and delivery times may be longer than usual.
*DHL Express option is only available for shipments to Australia, Canada, Norway, Switzerland and Indonesia.

TAX FREE: The prices are automatically shown FREE of tax for buyers from outside the EU and tax will not be added at checkout.
If the delivery address is in a country outside the European Union, you automatically become an importer. This means that your order will usually be retained in customs upon arrival in your country, waiting for the importer (you) to comply with the duty and tax payment.
As a general rule, remember that:
- For EU shipments, no customs costs are due at delivery.
- For UK shipments, no customs costs are due unless the order is above £135.
- For USA shipments, no customs costs are due unless the order is above $800.
REDCAST HERITAGE will not be made responsible for the payment of these costs. Also note that transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation/refusal of a package will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
Customs duties are determined by your local customs authority, so we have no control over these and cannot predict how much they may cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you may wish to contact your local customs office for further information. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by the customs authorities.

All orders will be prepared within 24-48 working hours from the order confirmation date. However, due to the high volume of work during the Black Friday period, order preparation and delivery times may be affected.
Although we will go all out so that you receive your order within the usual timeframe, it may take a little longer and we ask you to be patient.

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we’ll send you an email confirmation with the purchase information. You have 60 minutes after completing your order in which to cancel it by sending us an email at support@redcastheritage.com.
As we process orders immediately, you may not be able to cancel your order after the time limit indicated. Therefore, if you no longer want the product/s, please wait until you have received the order shipment and then follow our Return Instructions to return the product/s.
