- CUSTOMS & DUTIES: Orders delivered to countries outside of the EU (including the UK) may have to go through custom clearance and it’s the customers own responsibility to pay the given taxes and duties. Redcast Heritage Co. shall not bear the cost of any taxes and duties applied in such cases. We have no influence on these charges and cannot tell you what the custom fees will be, as custom policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. For information regarding import fees and taxes, please, contact your local customs authority. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by the customs authorities. Orders up to $800 enter duty-free into the United States and up to £135 into the UK.

Also note that transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation/refusal of a package will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we’ll send you an email confirmation with the purchase information. You have 60 minutes after completing your order in which to cancel it by sending us an email at support@redcastheritage.com.

As we process orders immediately, you may not be able to cancel your order after the time limit indicated. Therefore, if you no longer want the product/s, please wait until you have received the order shipment and then follow our Return Instructions to return the product/s.

What happens if my order is Lost or Undelivered?

In the event that a shipping carrier loses your package, we will do our best to help each case.
 
If the final status of your tracking number is Undelivered and the shipping carrier is unable to locate your package after their investigation, we will replace the item if it is in stock. If it is out of stock, we will issue a refund back to the original form of payment.
 
However, if the status of your tracking number is “Delivered” and you physically did not receive the package (ie. it gets stolen off your front porch), we are not liable and we will NOT replace or refund the item(s) under any circumstance. We are happy to require a Signature for your package at your request, please specify this in the Special Instructions box at the Cart to request one and we will email you a quote for this additional service.
 

IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT THE CORONAVIRUS DISEASE (COVID-19)

Governments of several European countries are implementing various containment measures in an attempt to stop the spread of COVID-19. Limitations do not apply to the movement of goods and UPS / DHL Express continue to operate a regular service but current circumstances may cause some delays in transit. So our online store will remain open 24/7. All online communications with customers will not be delayed, and we welcome receiving any messages from you with questions or comments.

In our warehouse, we have access to disinfectant, hand sanitizer and soap, and we are extremely meticulous with personal hygiene.
