Meticulously handcrafted by Kobashi Studio, this key hook features a short chain woven on a vintage chain-making machine.

Crafted from solid sand-casted Japanese brass, it effortlessly fits any belt loop. An independent barrel polishing craftsman family in Saitama, Japan, meticulously controls the solid brass matte finish and color, which will age gracefully through oxidation after use.

This original solid brass key hook, handcrafted and sand-casted, is a creation of a second-generation metal craftsman family. Its curved design offers versatility, perfect for belt loops, coin pockets, belts, or waistbands. A master machine operator skillfully weaves the vintage-style solid brass using a century-old chain-making machine. The wire-rolled rings, thoughtfully selected, are supplied by a specialized wire-rolled ring company established in Tokyo in 1972. The solid brass double ring is meticulously produced by a long-standing metal hardware supplier with over 80 years of history in Tokyo. Handmade in Japan, this key hook by Kobashi Studio embodies tradition and craftsmanship.

Kobashi Studio is a small Japanese Tokyo-based atelier specializing in solid brass accessories of the highest quality and detailing found today. Its founder Junichi Kobashi draws upon completely handcrafted production using vintage machinery and manual processes to create the most special and beautiful brass pieces we have ever seen.
