All orders will be shipped from Madrid (Spain) on working days (Monday to Friday). We will dispatch your order on the same day it is placed or on the next working day.

⚠️ Important Update for U.S. Customers
Starting August 29, 2025, the de minimis exemption of $800 will no longer apply to imports from any country. This means that shipments from Redcast (based in Spain, EU) will also be subject to U.S. import duties, regardless of order value. However, you don’t need to worry — we will cover these costs ourselves.
👉 From this date on, all U.S. shipments will be sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

GENERAL INFORMATION:
If the delivery address is in a country outside the EU — except for the U.S., where we ship DDP — you automatically become the importer. This means that your order may be retained at customs upon arrival in your country, awaiting duty and tax payment by you.

Redcast Heritage is not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by the customs authorities. Also note that transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation/refusal of a package will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact us immediately with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed.
If you no longer want the product/s, please wait until you have received the order shipment and then follow our Return Instructions to return the product/s.
