The FOB Factory F0514 Narrow US Trousers represent a refined reinterpretation of classic U.S. Army chino trousers, elevated through exclusive Japanese fabric development and modern silhouette engineering. Crafted in Japan from FOB’s own high-density “Weapon” fabric, these trousers deliver a rare balance of rugged durability and unexpected suppleness.
This proprietary weapon fabric is woven using an exceptionally high warp density, creating a tightly packed structure with outstanding strength. By using twin threads in the weave, FOB adds natural flexibility and softness, resulting in a fabric that feels substantial yet comfortable from the very first wear. As the trousers age, they develop elegant, detailed “atari” fading, adding depth and character unique to this dense weave.
The design is rooted in vintage U.S. Army chinos, retaining key heritage details such as the coin pocket and winding stitch construction, while the overall silhouette is refined into FOB’s signature narrow, clean-lined profile.
