The Modesto is Freenote’s latest addition to their denim line, a wide-leg silhouette inspired by early 20th-century workwear. With a high rise and a full, straight leg that doesn’t taper, it delivers a relaxed, vintage-informed look that aligns perfectly with today’s wide-cut trend.
Cut from a lightweight 11oz selvedge denim sourced from Japan, the Modesto is built for comfort—especially during spring and summer months. It’s breathable, easy to wear, and designed with durability in mind. Functional details like a button fly, two-piece waistband, and acorn-shaped back pockets with bar tack reinforcements give it substance beyond the silhouette.
Fit Notes: These jeans have a standard sizing. We recommend choosing your usual size. However, as always, we recommend checking the size chart first to find your perfect size. The fabric is sanforized, so shrinkage will be minimal. The waist will experience the typical stretching seen in sanforized denim. Expect approximately 0.5 to 1 inch of stretching.
