Like many other TCB jeans, the Good Luck model runs slightly small. In general, we recommend choosing one size larger than your usual, as is common with many Japanese one-wash models. However, as always, we recommend checking the size chart first to find your perfect size. It is unsanforized but one washed, so there will be no shrinkage.

Despite being a Japanese jacket, we find the sizing of this Type II to be more Western than Japanese. If you usually wear a size M in American jackets, you'll find a suitable fit with this jacket in size 40 (M). In any case, please note that the length is intentionally short, and the chest and waist roomy, following the original 1880 design. As always, we recommend consulting our size chart for the perfect fit. This jacket is unsanforized but have been pre-washed, so there will be no further shrinkage.
