Made with tough, soft, and supple fabric, these jeans are crafted from Africa cotton, known for its long fibers. The super soft and light yarn ensures comfort for warm weather. Woven on vintage shuttle looms, the fabric is intentionally tightened for a robust finish, maintaining its rugged charm. The fabric is sanforized, and after the sewing process, the jeans have been heavily stonewashed to achieve a light indigo color that pairs perfectly with your summer outfits. Unlike typical stonewashed jeans, which can sometimes look artificial, Japan Blue took a different approach to preserve the fabric's inherent character. They avoided common distressing techniques like sanding, laser treatments, or harsh chemicals. Instead, their focus was on enhancing the denim's natural vertical streaking that develops over time. The result is an effect that regular wear alone couldn't replicate.

These jeans have a standard sizing. We recommend choosing your usual size. However, as always, we recommend checking the size chart first to find your perfect size. The fabric is sanforized, so there will be no shrinkage. The waist will experience the typical stretching seen in sanforized denim. Expect approximately 0.5 to 1 inch of stretching.
