Woven on vintage shuttle looms at higher tension, the denim feels compact and robust while maintaining a clean surface that ages gracefully with wear.

Like all models in the Circle series, the J514 features Japan Blue’s signature curved Circle waistband, engineered to follow the natural shape of the waist. This design significantly improves comfort and stability, especially in higher-rise, wider-leg silhouettes, reducing gaping and allowing the jeans to sit naturally on the body.

The J514 cut is a loose straight fit with a high rise and a wide leg opening that falls straight from the thigh to the hem. Fit Notes: These jeans have a standard sizing. We recommend choosing your usual size. However, as always, we recommend checking the size chart first to find your perfect size. The fabric is sanforized, so there will be no shrinkage. The waist will experience the typical stretching seen in sanforized denim. Expect approximately 0.5 to 1 inch of stretching.
