Handcrafted in Kurume, Japan, each pair is made using Moonstar’s signature kiln-fired vulcanization process. Fired for approximately 70 minutes at 120°C, this traditional method ensures a permanent bond between the sole and upper, delivering exceptional durability and long-term shape retention.

The RF (Refined) line represents an evolution of Moonstar’s design, incorporating enhanced construction details and a more polished finish. Every step—from cutting and sewing to final assembly—is carried out with precision by skilled artisans, reflecting nearly 150 years of shoemaking expertise.

Fit Notes: Moonstar sneakers generally run slightly large. We recommend sizing down one size, especially if you are between sizes or prefer to wear them with thinner socks. In most cases, you will need to go one size down from your usual UK/US size. If you have wider feet, you may prefer to stay with your usual size for a more comfortable fit.
