The UES logo tee is made using a 16th single yarn and knitted tightly, which gives it a cool vintage vibe. It also features an old-school printing method that adds to the retro look.

The fabric of this UES logo tee is really stretchy, so you won't have to worry about it losing its shape, even after multiple washes. UES created it by blending their original yarn with desi-cotton and organic cotton. Desi cotton is known for being thick and short, but when combined with organic cotton, it creates a fabric that's both elastic and cushiony.

The shirt has a slim fit and a vintage appearance due to the dyeing process. UES used old-fashioned dye that fades over time, like direct and reactive dyes.

The rib around the neckline of the shirt is attached using a three-fold binder, making it heavy and 25mm wide to ensure it won't stretch out around your neck. You can wear the shirt all day, and it will remain comfortable and retain its shape.

UES is a small Japanese label founded by Chuji Matsumoto in 1994. UES comes from the English word "Waste", which means that Matsumoto-San wants you to make full use of each garment for as long as possible before discarding it. It is a small judgement of the concept of disposable wear that is so commonplace today in the world of fashion and from which Matsumoto-San disassociates himself completely.
