The Whitesville brand is a small and long-defunct sportswear label from the "good old days" in American clothing that was resurrected by Japan's Toyo Enterprise (Buzz Rickson's, Sugar Cane, Sun Surf). The brand was one of the most popular sportswear brands in the U.S. during the '50s, especially for t-shirts and varsity jackets. Still, it went out of business when big corporations appeared but luckily though, in 2007, Toyo bought the license of the name, and now all the brand's line is painstakingly reproduced in Japan.
