The fabric is a 100% rayon satin that faithfully recreates the drape and sheen of vintage sukajan cloth — smooth, lustrous, and lightweight, with the gentle body that defined the originals. The silhouette is a short, semi-loose cut built around key details of the era: an open collar, a concealed front fly, cuffed sleeves, two flap chest pockets, and a distinctive buttoned waist tab at the hem that gives the jacket its refined, dress-shirt character.
The embroidery is where the piece reveals its exceptional level of craftsmanship. Every motif is applied using the rare hand-guided sewing machine technique — a slow, considered method that gives each stitch its own individual character.
