The fabric is a 13.6oz dry denim crafted from American Memphis cotton, finished with traditional rope-dyeing that incorporates coal-fired techniques and charcoal additions — faithfully replicating the coal-powered machines of the era, where smoke ash naturally mixed with the indigo dye tanks. The fabric is then finished with corn starch paste sizing and oven-baking after weaving, creating the characteristic roughness and structure of 1950s denim.

Construction takes place in Odate, Akita Prefecture, using genuine vintage Union Special, Singer, and Reese sewing machines — completely overhauled with authentic original parts. Period-correct details include a button fly, original stamped rivets, a coin pocket, and the brand's signature crimson bar tack stitching.

The tapered straight fit with a narrow waistband delivers an authentic mid-century silhouette, while a light red selvedge ID completes the period-correct package. This one-wash denim is ready to develop the legendary fading patterns that made 1950s denim so iconic — a true "reproduction of the times" created in an extraordinarily meticulous manufacturing environment.
