While the silhouette references some of the earliest Western shirt patterns—defined by straight seam lines running from the armholes toward the chest and a beautifully curved S-shaped hem—the fabric choice elevates the garment far beyond its workwear roots.

Instead of denim, Deluxeware uses a high-density cotton satin moleskin, woven in Ibara, Okayama Prefecture, one of Japan’s most respected weaving regions. Constructed with 9-count warp yarns and 12-count weft yarns, and woven at over 100 threads per inch, the fabric achieves a unique balance of density, durability, and elegance. The result is a surface with a soft luster, firm structure, and smooth handfeel that feels substantial yet refined.
