Constructed from dark blue Rogue unsanforized denim woven in Ibara, Okayama Prefecture, this jacket transcends typical vintage reproductions by fusing original design authenticity with modern aesthetic sensibilities.

The fabric is the brand's No.5 Denim 15oz "Rogue Denim", woven on vintage shuttle looms using American cotton No.6 yarns with an uneven warp and a straight weft. This combination of wildly uneven warp construction and deep dark indigo coloration produces the brand's signature vertical drop fading and distinctive aging characteristics — qualities that develop more dramatically with every wear.

Sewing takes place entirely in-house in Odate, Akita Prefecture, using Union Special sewing machines and a vintage stitch methodology developed specifically for period-correct results. The technique employs 14 types of sewing thread with a 5–8 stitch needle pitch to create natural puckering and time-evolving stitching characteristics — small details that quietly bring the construction closer to the originals.
