Woven in Ibara, Okayama Prefecture, this proprietary 15oz “Rogue Denim” is produced on vintage shuttle looms using American cotton rope-dyed in deep indigo. The denim is defined by its aggressive, uneven slub texture—what Deluxeware calls “rogue”—paired with an exceptionally dark indigo tone. This combination results in a striking vertical fade pattern over time, with high contrast that clearly separates highlights and shadows as the denim ages.

Construction takes place in Odate, Akita Prefecture, using authentic vintage Union Special machines. Every detail is engineered to feel cohesive and intentional, from the triple-folded hem construction to the distinctive back pocket design featuring Deluxeware’s signature Eagle Arch stitching and crimson bar tacks. These elements move beyond traditional vintage references, creating a back style that is both functional and unmistakably Deluxeware.

The regular straight fit has been subtly refined in the latest update, offering a clean, balanced silhouette that feels timeless rather than trend-driven.
