The Deluxeware DX5015 represents the evolution of vintage denim into something entirely original. Rather than simply reproducing a specific era, Deluxeware takes the philosophy of vintage jeans — imperfection, variation, and individuality — and refines it into a modern standard, built to become the vintage of the next century.

The fabric is woven in Ibara, Okayama Prefecture on vintage shuttle looms, using American Memphis cotton rope-dyed in deep indigo with a coal-blended dye recipe. The denim is defined by its aggressive, uneven slub texture — what Deluxeware calls "Rogue" — paired with an exceptionally dark indigo tone. This combination produces a striking vertical fade pattern over time, with high contrast that clearly separates highlights and shadows as the denim ages. The fabric is finished with corn starch paste sizing and oven-baking, giving it the structure and crisp hand of authentic vintage denim.

Construction takes place in Odate, Akita Prefecture, using authentic vintage Union Special, Singer, and Reese sewing machines. Every detail is engineered to feel cohesive and intentional — from the triple-folded hem construction to the distinctive back pocket design featuring Deluxeware's signature Eagle Arch stitching and crimson bar tacks. These elements move beyond traditional vintage references, creating a back style that is both functional and unmistakably Deluxeware.

The regular straight fit has been subtly refined in the latest update, offering a clean, balanced silhouette that feels timeless rather than trend-driven. It provides a comfortable rise, a straight leg through the thigh, and a natural fall to the hem — versatile enough for daily wear while maintaining strong visual structure.

Fit Notes: This model runs small compared to most global American brands, so we recommend sizing up one from your usual size to achieve the intended fit. The denim is unsanforized but has been one-washed, so no further shrinkage is expected. With regular wear, the waistband will stretch approximately 1 inch, allowing the fit to settle comfortably over time. We don't recommend sizing down, as starting too tight may cause discomfort and alter the intended fit of the garment.
