*Denime remains faithful to non-wash versions, so it's important to note that these jeans will shrink. We highly recommend soaking the jeans in hot water before the first wear. Expect around 4cm (1.5in) of shrinkage in the waist and 7.6cm (3in) in the inseam when soaking in warm water, so please refer to the product size chart accordingly. Eduardo wears size 29 jeans (before shrinkage). The jeans are a bit roomy at the moment, but they will fit perfectly after shrinking. He always wears a size 29 in American brands and either a size 29 or 30 in Japanese brands.

Recently, their production has reached new heights with their integration into Warehouse & Co. In this release, Denime perfectly replicates the iconic Levi's 501 of 1966, celebrated for its straight tapered cut and classic bartacks.

The fabric has been meticulously developed in collaboration with Kurabo Industries, following authentic recipes from the era. Utilizing uneven yarn ring-spun from the same rice cotton as in the past, the fabric undergoes an extensive rope-dyeing process in indigo baths to achieve a deep, enduring indigo hue that will fade beautifully over time. Prior to dyeing, Denime employs the Warehouse room-temperature water during the refining process, resulting in dyed areas that remain dark while the core retains its pristine white, ensuring high-contrast fading with wear and washes. Woven on the old-fashioned Toyoda GL3 loom, the fabric boasts an uneven and distinctive texture.

The cut of the 224, inspired by the iconic Levi's 501 1966 model, is straight with no embellishments. Featuring a mid-high rise that strikes the perfect balance between comfort and style, this straight-cut model offers just the right amount of tapering from the knee down, suitable for all body types. Staying true to the original 1966 design, Denime has omitted rivets and introduced bartacks, paying homage to Levi's innovative decision to prevent damage to furniture caused by rivets. Every detail, from the texture of the patch to the color of the sewing thread and the buttons, has been meticulously reproduced by Warehouse to capture Denime's founding era.
