Crafted from ultra-long staple Supima cotton, sourced from the highest grade fibers that represent less than 1% of global cotton production, this fabric is naturally rich in oils, remarkably smooth, and exceptionally soft against the skin.

The cotton is reconstructed into an enlarged honeycomb knit structure, allowing warm air to be trapped close to the body for excellent thermal performance without heaviness. Inspired by 1960s military thermal underwear, the design balances heritage aesthetics with modern wearability, making it equally suited as a base layer or a standalone piece.

Construction details elevate the garment well beyond standard thermals. The crew neck uses a special binder neck construction sewn with a rare three-needle, one-straddle technique for long-term durability and shape retention. Sleeves and cuffs are finished with patterned cotton ribbing, while the back yoke switch improves mobility and structural stability. All seams are sewn with 100% cotton thread on vintage Union Special machines, including flat four-needle seams that sit smoothly against the skin for superior comfort.
