How to Measure Your Head: Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it around your head, positioning it about 1 cm (½ inch) above your eyebrows and just above your ears, passing around the widest part at the back of your head. The tape should sit snug but comfortable, similar to how you would wear a hat.

If you don’t have a measuring tape, you can use a piece of string and then measure it with a ruler.
