In continuous production since the brand’s early days, this timeless model combines vintage American workwear construction with meticulous Japanese manufacturing, resulting in a pair of jeans built to age beautifully for years.

The fabric is an original 14.5oz selvedge denim woven on vintage Toyoda G3 shuttle looms, using U.S. Texas cotton and rope-dyed 24 times in indigo to achieve an exceptionally deep, rich tone. The low-tension weave and dense yarn structure create the bold vertical fades and high-contrast aging that Flat Head denim is famous for. With wear, the denim develops sharp streaking, defined whiskers, and dramatic character unique to each owner.

Construction details reflect true old-school durability. Iron branded buttons, copper rivets, and hidden iron reinforcements age alongside the fabric, darkening and patinating naturally. Raised belt loops, single-needle pocket stitching, and heavy cotton thread throughout emphasize strength while maintaining a clean silhouette. The back yoke is chainstitched using Flat Head’s thick No.8 yarn, producing pronounced puckering and dimensional fades over time.

The regular straight fit features a mid-high rise and minimal taper, creating a streamlined, classic shape without excess bulk. Comfortable, versatile, and easy to wear, it’s a true everyday jean that looks better the longer you break it in.
