This high-density fabric uses thick weft yarns and tight weaving to create a firm, structured feel, delivering that unmistakable heavy denim experience. The surface showcases Flat Head’s signature “raindrop” vertical texture, which develops into high-contrast fades over time thanks to deep indigo rope-dyed yarns.

The fit is a refined take on Flat Head’s flagship straight silhouette, offering a mid-high rise with a clean, regular straight leg. Slightly streamlined through the top block compared to earlier models, it balances vintage proportions with modern wearability.

Construction is where these jeans truly stand out. The use of felled seams on heavyweight denim requires exceptional skill, as the thickness of the fabric makes stitching highly demanding. Every detail reflects expert craftsmanship—from the precisely sewn yoke to the reinforced stress points.

Durability is enhanced with original iron buttons, large copper rivets, and hidden copper-plated rivets at the back pockets. The raised belt loops are designed to resist wear while developing unique fading patterns over time. Inside, heavy-duty custom pocket bags ensure long-lasting performance.

Fit Notes: This model runs small compared to most global American brands, so we recommend sizing up one or two from your usual size to achieve the intended fit. The denim is unsanforized but has been one-washed, so no further shrinkage is expected. With regular wear, the waistband will stretch approximately 1 inch, allowing the fit to settle comfortably over time. That said, we don’t recommend sizing down, as starting too tight may cause discomfort and alter the intended fit of the garment. As always, we strongly recommend checking our size chart and comparing it to your best-fitting pair to find the perfect size.
