Refined to perfection, this is the new T-Shirt from the Japanese master brand Strike Gold. Premium slub cotton yarns have been used for extraordinary softness and texture. Classic fit. Minimal styling. No fussy details. No side seams, impeccable construction.
This Loopwheeled ("Turi-Ami") T-shirt is knitted in the Japanese Kanekichi Wakayama workshop, one of only two workshops in the world still operating tubular textile production machines that have been in use for more than 100 years, allowing for seamless garments to be made. The only tension used in the knitting process is gravity, resulting in a knitted fabric with virtually no built-in stress or tension. A loopwheel machine rotates at just 24 revolutions per minute, whereas a modern knitting machine operates at over ten times that speed. The result is a very soft but strong fabric, considered the best tee material made today.
It features a triple-stitch reinforced collar, a superior-quality detail only seen in high-end Japanese brands. This will prevent collar stretching, resulting in a built-to-last masterpiece worth every penny.
All Strike Gold tees run very small in size compared to regular American sizes. Typically, if you wear a size M in American T-shirts, you will need to select a size L or even XL in this brand. However, individual body types can vary, so, as always, we recommend consulting our size chart for the perfect fit.
